NurseSucceed Student Policy
This Student Policy outlines the responsibilities, rights, and expectations for all students enrolled in any NurseSucceed course, including OSCE preparation, CPD modules, academic support services, and career development programs. This policy supports a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment for all participants.
1. Student Rights
All students have the right to:
Be treated with respect, dignity, and fairness by all staff and fellow students
Learn in a supportive and inclusive environment free from harassment or discrimination
Receive accurate and timely information about courses, assessment requirements, and support services
Have their personal information handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
Access feedback on assessments and request clarification
2. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
Submit accurate and truthful information during enrolment
Adhere to NurseSucceed’s course requirements and participation expectations
Submit assessments on time and complete all learning tasks honestly
Treat trainers, assessors, and peers with professionalism and courtesy
Engage actively in discussions, group tasks, mock exams, and peer review activities
Comply with all published policies (e.g., Terms and Conditions, Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy)
3. Attendance and Participation
Students must attend all scheduled classes, webinars, or mock exams where applicable
Ongoing participation is required and includes contributions to discussion boards, task submissions, or feedback activities
Repeated failure to engage may result in withdrawal or denial of certification
4. Academic Integrity
Academic misconduct includes but is not limited to:
Plagiarism (copying content without proper reference)
Impersonation or submission of work completed by others
Sharing answers or assessment content
Breaches may result in:
Immediate suspension or removal from the course without refund
Notification to relevant regulatory or accrediting bodies
5. Use of Course Materials
All materials are for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed
Students may not record, duplicate, or upload any part of the course without written consent
6. Appeals and Complaints
Students may submit written appeals related to assessment outcomes, trainer decisions, or misconduct procedures
Complaints must be submitted in writing and will be responded to within 7 business days
Appeals and complaints are reviewed impartially in accordance with NurseSucceed’s Complaints and Appeals Procedure
7. Health and Wellbeing
Students are encouraged to prioritise their wellbeing and seek support if feeling overwhelmed or unwell
Referrals to external counselling or health services may be offered upon request
Respectful communication is expected at all times
8. Technology Use
Students must maintain the security of their login credentials
Unauthorised sharing of access or credentials is strictly prohibited
Technical issues should be reported promptly to info@nursesucceed.com.au
9. Student Support
NurseSucceed offers:
Academic support for assessments, referencing, and clinical knowledge (if applicable)
Peer mentoring opportunities (subject to availability)
Access to learning resources via the LMS or scheduled webinars (if applicicable)
