NurseSucceed OSCE Course Cancellation Policy
At NurseSucceed, we are committed to providing high-quality training and support to help internationally qualified nurses succeed in the Australian healthcare system. This policy outlines your obligations regarding enrolment, cancellation, and course transfers for OSCE Preparation Courses. While NurseSucceed does not offer change-of-mind refunds, we fully comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and remain committed to fair and transparent practices.
1. Eligibility Verification Requirement
To ensure course integrity, enrolment is subject to the provision of:
Government-issued photo identification, and (if applicable)
Stream B eligibility evidence (e.g., NCLEX-RN results or AHPRA Self-Check Outcome).
Failure to provide required documentation within 7 calendar days of enrolment will result in cancellation of your enrolment without refund.
2. Cooling-Off Period
NurseSucceed does not offer a cooling-off period. This is consistent with the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law for online education services.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
By enrolling, you acknowledge that all fees paid to NurseSucceed courses are non-refundable, except in the case of course cancellation initiated by NurseSucceed (see Section 5).
Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:
Failure to provide required eligibility documents within 7 days
Scheduling conflicts or time zone differences
Non-attendance or non-completion of activities or assessments
Change of mind or perceived lack of suitability
Removal due to breach of terms, impersonation, or misconduct
4. Course Transfer Policy
You may request to defer or transfer to a future course session, provided:
You give at least 7 days’ notice before the course start date, and
Your transfer is for a session within 3 months of the original date
An admin fee of $50 may apply.
5. Course Cancellation by NurseSucceed
In the unlikely event NurseSucceed cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
A full refund, or
A free transfer to the next available course
6. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If the service provided:
Is not delivered with due care and skill
Does not match what was promised
Has a major fault or failure
You may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund or rescheduling. For more information, visit www.accc.gov.au.
